ready for retailers...
Oct. 13th, 2024 06:42 pmsince the surprise a few days ago i've had my head down working on packaging and branding stuff for anyone that buys my stickers to sell in their store. i'm starting small on Faire, only offering stickers and mystery sticker bags so i don't potentially get overwhelmed, but if it works out there's a lot more stuff i'd like to expand into >:)
these are all handmade with my own printer and die-cutting machine! eventually i'd like to upgrade to a bigger machine so i can make bigger stuff lol. i bought a chapstick box SVG off etsy and made decals to stick onto them.
i worked 7 years in retail, so i've seen and dealt with a lot of countertop displays. these ones have sticky strips on the bottom (made from scrap pieces from cutting my stickers) so they won't slide around on countertops and shelves when touched. they're also made to hopefully fit well into those little spinning impulse racks and stuff (the back part can be folded if you want it out of the way).
i hope this is what it seems to be, which is one small step toward being a little bit less financially terrified. even if i don't really make it big there, it's another storefront to earn a little more money through, and it'll get me some experience working with other types of clients.
